Car Problems Part II
"So let me get this straight. In order to fix the crossmember that has damage, you MUST remove these bushings in order to fix it."

"Correct ma'am."

"I'm sorry, but I still don't understand. If this is the only way to fix the crossmember that's damaged because you didn't put on adequate corrosion protection, why isn't that covered? Why should I pay for something that needs to be done to fix something that's your fault?"

"The letter is very specific in what it covers ma'am."

Not once have these people been helpful or at least decent. This lady still interrupted me, but she at least heard me out. But at the end of the phone conversation, she sounded irritated with me, which got me irritated at her.

They also haven't told me that I could get reimbursed for this, but it's still bull in my eyes. I have a feeling even if I brought up the reimbursing part of the letter, they're going to tell me that it's not covered. That doesn't make fucking sense!!

If it's the ONLY way to fix this stupid problem, then why is the user paying for it!? I have done NOTHING to damage this, it's damaged because of Suzuki not doin' their job! *angers*

Suzuki, you fail.

In good news... a Kia Sorento's only gonna bump up my insurance by $16! Whoo hoo!

That's what my friend Linda was telling me and I'm seriously thinking of looking into it. When I hear back from Courtesy after they've spoken with the rep, I'm doing just that.
